How we use AI on this site and in our work, and what AI systems may do with what you read here.

What this page covers

This page explains how Tick Tech Toe (“we”, “us”), in India, uses artificial intelligence, including AI tools built on large language models (LLMs). It covers our use of AI on this website, in the work we do for clients, and with the information you send us. It also sets out what AI systems may and may not do with the content of this site. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.

02

AI on this website

There is no AI chatbot on this site. The inquiry form is read and answered by a person on our team, not by an AI.

03

How this site was made

Parts of this site’s copy and code were drafted with the help of AI tools. Every word and every line was reviewed, edited and approved by our team before it went live, and we stand behind all of it as our own.

04

AI in our client work

We use AI tools where they make the work better or faster: for research, early drafts, code, and the automations we set up for clients. A person on our team checks everything an AI tool produces before it reaches you, and the judgment, the strategy and the final decisions are always ours.

We do not run our clients’ personally identifiable information through public AI tools. The same goes for their confidential material, and for any AI tool that uses what it is given to train its models. The only exception is when a client asks us to use such a tool with their own material, for example to create images featuring their own faces; we then use it only for that purpose, with their go-ahead.

Where we build AI automations for a client, they run in accounts the client owns, like everything else we set up. Work for a client is governed by our agreement with that client.

05

Your information and AI

What you send us through the inquiry form or by email is read by people. At present we don’t use AI tools to process it, and it isn’t used to train any AI model. Some of the everyday services we rely on, such as email, may add AI features of their own over time, and we can’t always know in advance when they do. If that changes how your information is handled, we update this page and our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, how we use it and who we share it with.

06

AI systems and this site

AI search tools and assistants are welcome to read this site, and to cite it with a link when they answer questions about us or our work.

AI developers may also use the site’s public pages to train their models. These pages describe who we are and what we do, and we would rather AI tools learn that from us than guess. This covers only what is published on the site, never information about our clients or anything you send us. Copying or republishing the site, or presenting its content as someone else’s, still needs our written permission, in line with our Terms & Conditions.

For AI tools, we publish a plain-text guide to the site’s main pages at /llms.txt.

07

What AI tools say about us

AI tools sometimes describe businesses inaccurately. Answers they give about Tick Tech Toe come from those tools, not from us. If something an AI tool told you about us matters to a decision, check it on this site or ask us directly.

08

Changes to this page

As AI tools and the way we use them change, we update this page and the “Last updated on” date above.
